About the Position:

We are partnering with a forward-thinking organization in search of an experienced IRB Manager to join their team in Germany. This role is tailored for individuals with a robust managerial background in IRB, emphasizing validation, modelling, and development.

Candidate Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German; effective communication within the team. Additionally proficient in English.
• Experience Level: At least 5 years at the managerial level, showcasing hands-on involvement in IRB projects.
• Technical Knowledge Assessment: Ability to identify, name, and explain various models. Also, you'll need to specify why specific models were chosen and perform model work independently.
• Regulatory Awareness: Possess a thorough knowledge of the latest IRB regulations and provide a detailed summary of your hands-on experience.
• Modelling and Validation: Be enthusiastic about and capable of actively contributing to modelling and validation work.
• Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in quantitative topics.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in relevant programming languages.
• Consulting Experience: Prior experience in a consulting role is advantageous.
