Job Description

The Ad Operations Manager, TAAG, oversees the execution and troubleshooting of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise in adserving, trafficking, and campaign execution, collaborating across media, creative, and technology teams to ensure seamless activation. The manager also leads global ad operations teams, standardizes best practices, and manages technology partnerships.

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management
  • Collaborate with Investment teams to create and execute digital media campaigns within ad-serving platforms (display, video, mobile)
  • Traffic creative assets
  • Configure campaigns
  • Implement tracking pixels
  • Conduct audits and QA for campaign accuracy
  • Serve as escalation point for ad tech queries globally
  • Technology & Troubleshooting
    • Stay updated on emerging digital media technologies
    • Oversee deployment of digital solutions (ad servers, VVF, TMS, data tools)
    • Ensure effective use of tools through training and best practices
  • Global Team Management & Development
    • Manage global ad operations teams for service quality and timely delivery
    • Refine processes, training, and operational standards
    • Onboard and train new hires, manage offboarding
    • Conduct weekly meetings with market leads
    • Monitor team performance, coach, and support development

    Qualifications

    • 3-5+ years in Ad Operations, Media Tech, or related fields
    • Proficiency in ad servers (Campaign Manager 360, Flashtalking/Innovid, Ad Form) and marketing tech solutions (DMPs, DSPs, verification platforms)
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Understanding of online advertising terminology (CPM, TMS, DCO)
    • Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript for troubleshooting
    • Experience with conversion tagging and Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium)
    • Familiarity with Ad Verification tools (IAS, Double Verify) is a plus
