Your Mission

We are seeking a customer-oriented Office IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist (m/f/x) to join our team. Your goal is to ensure accessibility and availability of office infrastructure for our colleagues. As the first point of contact for internal users, you will provide excellent IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain a smooth IT environment. If you have a passion for customer service, strong technical knowledge, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you. Your daily tasks will include:

• Acting as the primary contact for all IT-related inquiries, requests, and incidents, providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Building automation of internal processes and workflows.
• Prioritizing and managing support requests, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation.
• Managing user accounts, access rights, and permissions according to company policies.
• Collaborating with IT and AI teams to resolve complex technical problems and participating in projects.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for support processes, including knowledge bases and user guides.
• Conducting technology training sessions to enhance employee skills and promote self-service options.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker or hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS, supporting Google Workspace and common software.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, EntraID, SharePoint, and Teams, including configuration, management, and administration.
• An “Automate everything” mindset, curiosity for automation, and experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
