To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for an

Inhouse ERP Solution Manager (m/f/d)

What Tasks Await You

1. Support in the implementation, maintenance (including updates and upgrades), and optimization of our ERP system "Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations" at the company headquarters and at several foreign subsidiaries, including documentation and reporting.
2. Mapping and optimizing business processes in our ERP system in close coordination with the specialist departments.
3. Providing in-house support for ERP users in defined modules of the software application.
4. Developing functional and requirement specifications for optimizations and adaptations of the ERP system to meet the specific requirements of the departments.
5. Analyzing and developing data concepts for various applications.
6. Creating quality reviews and implementing test cycles.
7. Conducting workshops and training sessions for users.

What You Should Ideally Bring With You

1. Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with an IT focus.
2. Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a manufacturing company, with a focus on application consulting.
3. Experience with IT project management, especially in the introduction and operation of ERP and BI systems.
4. Motivated young professionals are welcome to apply and will be supported by experienced team members to familiarize themselves with their responsibilities.
5. Good knowledge of English.
6. Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary work.
