Job Description:

The company rumble GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of several media companies, is seeking an Ad Solutions Manager (m/w/d), with remote work possible. The role involves managing and optimizing advertising setups on digital platforms, integrating new ad technologies, analyzing and improving existing ad spaces, resolving technical issues, and training internal teams in ad technology.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing advertising setup on digital portals and apps to maximize revenue.
2. Integrating new advertising technologies and evaluating partners.
3. Analyzing existing ad placements and formats for optimization.
4. Resolving technical issues promptly and supporting regional direct sales.
5. Analyzing and optimizing ad operation processes for efficiency and scalability.
6. Training and supporting internal teams in ad technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Business, Media, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Strong ad-tech knowledge, experience with ad technology platforms, and programmatic advertising.
3. Knowledge of ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, and compliance standards.
4. Data-driven, solution-oriented thinking.
5. Teamwork, communication skills, and digital competence.
