Working student (m/f/d) Process Automation Developer for Startup Programs

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Working student (m/f/d) – Process Automation Developer for Startup Programs to join our Team.

The 3DEXPERIENCE Lab is Dassault Systèmes’ Laboratory for disruptive innovation with a positive impact on the world. We nurture startups with dedicated programs and boost creativity and innovation through targeted initiatives and community exchange. The FabLab is part of the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab and offers access to digital fabrication machines such as laser cutters, 3D printers, CNC machines, and more.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• You will develop and implement code to automate and streamline startup journeys in our programs.
• You will design and optimize BPMN.2 workflows to enhance startups’ engagement with our programs.
• You will plan and manage timelines for accelerator program activities.
• You will address software-related challenges by logging service requests and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• You will collect and analyze user feedback to produce actionable insights for improving processes and software.
• You will build strong relationships with startups to better understand their needs and enhance our support offerings.

Qualifications

• You have proficiency in programming, with the ability to develop and implement automation processes.
• You have advanced Python skills.
• You have experience with databases.
• You have strong English communication skills (German is a plus).
• Basic understanding of CAD is a plus.
