Your impact

• Provide professional leadership to a team of software developers and test automation specialists.
• Collaborate with other software and test architects to further develop our Test Automation Platform (Azure, Kubernetes).
• As part of an agile team of test architects, software developers, and test automation specialists, evolve the innovative software architecture for a highly complex Test Automation Platform.
• As a subject matter expert in our Test Automation Platform on Azure, contribute to its strategic direction, enhance its architecture, and improve our automated CI/CD pipeline.

Who you are

You possess exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, entrepreneurial thinking, and a passion for innovative technologies. To ensure your success, we are looking for candidates with:

• A degree in engineering or technology (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Dipl.-Ing.) with a focus on computer science or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in software development or test automation.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (preferably Python) and experience designing software and system architectures.
• Solid expertise with Kubernetes and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins), build tools (e.g., Maven, Ant), and container technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Knowledge of at least one test automation tool (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium).
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
