About the Team: Corporate Bank Technology is revitalizing 'Channel' applications for payment initiation. You will work on a global payment platform with React micro frontends, Java micro-services, Kafka event streaming, and various datastores like PostgreSQL, Oracle, HBase, and MongoDB. Your role involves collaborating across regions, embracing agile practices, and focusing on automation to enhance real-time payment and account access solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new Java functionalities; frontend/full-stack skills are a plus.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams, architects, analysts, and stakeholders across regions.
  • Learn and develop expertise in corporate bank cash business.
  • Design subsystems and protocols; contribute to platform architecture.
  • Establish and improve test automation with QA teams.
  • Ensure stability, risk management, and incident resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Java-based Microservices, preferably Spring Boot.
  • Experience in high-load distributed systems and fault tolerance.
  • Knowledge of non-relational (MongoDB, HBase) and relational (Oracle) datastores.
  • Understanding of Linux, containers, and cloud solutions.
  • Frontend skills with React JS, TypeScript, CSS, Node.js, Redux are a plus.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SDLC tools like Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Artifactory, and project management.
