Responsibilities
- Implement risk management in coordination with the Project Manager and facilitate risk review meetings within the project.
- Organize risk workshops for initial identification of project risks.
- Analyze and evaluate identified risks.
- Identify early indicators for each risk.
- Develop risk migration measures with the specialist departments, assign responsible persons, and set deadlines.
- Track the completion of measures.
- Develop action plans for top risks for strategic decisions and, if necessary, prepare emergency plans in case of risk occurrence.
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in engineering or economics; extensive professional experience may substitute for formal education.
- Several years of relevant experience in areas such as engineering, procurement, planning, quality management, or contract management.
- Knowledge of risk management, especially regarding process areas, with the ability to objectively and constructively assess contexts.
- Knowledge of risk management tools is desirable.
