We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Software Engineer (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team based in Darmstadt. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the advancement of our industry-leading solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software for advanced Machine Vision Solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement software platform solutions.
• Evaluate and validate emerging embedded processor technologies.
• Coordinate with hardware development teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Leverage expertise in image processing for embedded systems.
• Implement standardized software interfaces in line with industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development for embedded systems, focusing on hardware-related aspects.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded (Linux) operating systems.
• Additional knowledge in Linux Kernel Configuration/Development, Image Processing, FPGA/Real-time software development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, V-Model, and software deployment practices.
• Strong commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable, and testable software solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
