Marketing Lead (Remote or Hybrid)

Our client, a Series A startup at the forefront of AI and robotics in logistics, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to spearhead their marketing efforts in the DACH region. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketer to build and scale a high-impact marketing function and team in a rapidly growing tech environment.

About the Role:

As the Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their market presence and driving demand generation. You will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives, including events, account-based marketing (ABM), content creation, online marketing, and public relations. With a strong emphasis on B2B enterprise marketing, you will help position them as the go-to AI and robotics solution provider for logistics companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the logistics industry.

  • Implement demand generation initiatives, leveraging ABM, events, PR, and digital marketing to support sales efforts.

  • Establish and scale the marketing function, contributing both strategically and as an individual contributor in the early stages.

  • Manage content creation and online marketing to effectively communicate our client's value proposition.

  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

  • Oversee marketing operations, analytics, and performance measurement, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

  • As the team grows, hire, mentor, and lead a small marketing team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in German (mandatory) with excellent communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy background (if you already have experience in AI and/or robotics that's a huge bonus!)

  • Experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales through strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience in lead generation, ABM, PR, and event marketing.

  • Prior experience in a startup environment (preferably Series B/C or later)

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with execution, working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited structure.
