To support our team we are searching for a ERP Consultant (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Providing in-house MS Dynamics Business Central consulting
  • Implementing new projects in close collaboration with ERP team and stakeholders
  • Working on solution proposal and functional design of stakeholder specific demands
  • Interpreting user requests and convert them to functional requirements
  • Organizing workshops and preparing project documentation
  • Analyzing existing business processes and recommending improvements
  • Performing functional test and ensuring the quality of product
  • Providing 2nd level support and focusing on user needs
  • Performing user training and preparing user training manuals
  • Working in international environment
  • Close collaboration with end users, IT department and ERP specialists

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Economics or other comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in working with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central functional consultant
  • Experience in providing user support, working with upgrades and implementations
  • Good understanding of business processes (finance, sales, purchase, inventory, warehouse management)
  • Experience in project management and consulting role with a Microsoft Partner
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in working with agile environment, SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence
  • Service oriented with excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in team and independently
  • Contributor to the team environment and a true team player
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is plus
