The Global Account Representative (GAR) (f/m/d) will drive orders and sales growth at strategic Semiconductor accounts within Europe. This role reports to the Global Account Manager, is part of Pall Corporation/Microelectronics, located in Dreieich, and is based in Germany with remote work options.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Develop strategies to win new business through geographic key account planning, account mapping, and networking.
  2. Manage opportunities and sales funnel proactively to produce accurate forecasts for business planning.
  3. Decide on customer service strategies within your geographical key account area.
  4. Contribute to the development of new products and applications.
  5. Present a unified face to the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.

The Essential Requirements of the Job Include:

  1. A degree in sciences or engineering, ideally in Chemistry or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in sales or key account management in a relevant industry.
  3. Expertise in strategic selling to large global companies with complex multi-plant footprints and diverse buying teams.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team.
  5. Fluent in German and English.

Travel and physical/environmental requirements:

  1. Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria, Netherlands, and Belgium, with potential for other countries.
  2. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
