Overview

Join our team at Action, where action is happening! As a key member of the store management team, you will significantly contribute to the success of our store. Your responsibilities include managing the ordering process, ensuring presentation standards, handling daily cash register closures, and overseeing the sales of our weekly changing assortment. You will work closely with the store management to develop the team both professionally and personally, participate in staff scheduling, and assist in recruitment. Your goal is to inspire our customers with our products and serve as their point of contact for discovering favorites. Together with the store management and colleagues, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

• A completed vocational training and ideally several years of experience in a similar retail position

• Availability for 32-40 hours weekly, 5 days a week, including weekends and evenings
