What you will be doing
Lead the execution of the program's overall business plan to exceed targets and goals.
Develop strategic sales and marketing plans and increase mindshare in your accounts.
Utilize solution-based selling techniques.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with your account leadership and product partners.
Deliver sales and revenue growth.
Prospect for new account opportunities.
Manage client and internal expectations.
Respond to RFPs, make compelling business cases, and negotiate contracts.
Become an expert on our Enterprise Project offerings and stay informed about competitor activities.
Establish and manage relevant contractual agreements with corporate clients and strategic partners.
Conduct client meetings, present & pitch the service portfolio, and close contracts to generate new business streams.
More about you
Graduate degree in business administration, management, entrepreneurship, economics, or innovation management.
Outstanding sales and negotiation skills with a keen sense of business opportunities.
2-5 years of experience in business development and/or sales in the tech industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions such as tech, product, finance, marketing, and operations.
Experience with solution/consultative selling.
Desire to shape the future of homify by developing new business streams and models from scratch.
Knowledge of business metrics and models in Architecture and Interior Design.
Multilingual abilities, especially relevant languages for homify's core markets, are a plus.
