ABOUT THE JOB

As a SAP Payroll Consultant within TUI Group, you will be participating in the HR & travel Expenses team and provide support to the Technology Team Leader. You will support project work, implement process improvements, and focus on technical aspects like payroll developments, data migration, and system integration. Managing relationships with external providers and maintaining proactive communication with end-users are key responsibilities.

Team:

The HR & Travel Expenses team manages TUI's payroll and travel expense tools, supporting HR departments across different countries in an international environment.

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience with SAP HCM processes, including payroll run activities, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payments.
• Proficiency in customizing HCM modules such as Personnel administration, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational management, and Self-service portal.
• Ability to apply SAP Notes, implement legal change packages, and handle SAP Note issues and legal requirements.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP Human Resource modules: SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (with SAP CPI integration), ABAP/4 programming.
• Support in Change Management Processes, including migration and data replication for Employee Central, external consultant coordination, and user onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll schemes, and functions.
• Previous SAP HR consulting experience.
• Understanding of Human Resources business processes.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
