Your responsibilities:
- Confidently engage with all stakeholder levels (C-Level, Business Leaders, IT & OT Leaders, Cyber Security leaders)
- Develop deep customer relationships and trust
- Gain access at different customer levels
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Proactively develop and implement an annual calendar for executive reviews, innovation conversations, and roundtables
- Become the expert regarding the customer, their business, and opportunities
- Partnership development
Financial:
- Grow Schneider Electric’s share of wallet profitably
- Achieve profitable growth across all domains
- Develop an annual revenue plan by product line, region, and country
Schneider Electric:
- Identify new business opportunities and enable sales strategies
- Align internally across functions and regions
- Lead regional and local account teams
- Define and implement a comprehensive account strategy
- Lead a global extended team to drive unified strategy
- Manage internal stakeholders to support strategy and customer satisfaction
What we expect:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT/OT, or sustainability
Experience:
- Deep understanding of end-user industries, especially in chemicals and new energy markets, with knowledge of automation, power systems, and digital simulation
- Proven track record in global business development and project management focused on energy transition and sustainability
- Leadership in cross-functional, multicultural teams
- Customer-facing experience in project and sales roles
- Fluent in German and English, capable of navigating multicultural environments and integrating systems
