Our Fachklinik Medical Park Bad Camberg is located on the outskirts of the Rhein-Main area, between Wiesbaden, Limburg, and Frankfurt. We have been specialized in neurological diseases for 20 years, providing optimal care for 200 patients in phases B, C, and D. Your Responsibilities

• Preliminary review of medical reports
• Handling reservation inquiries from patients
• Checking and processing cost approvals
• Preparing for patient arrivals
• Entering and maintaining patient master and movement data
• Proper data exchange according to regulations
• Ensuring cost coverage including extensions
• Correspondence with social welfare agencies and clinics
• Conducting inpatient and partial inpatient patient billing
• Managing receivables and dunning processes

Your Qualifications

• Completed training in the medical field, e.g., health and nursing or elderly care
• Experience with hospital information systems is desirable
• Proficient in PC usage
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in speaking on the phone
• Strong customer orientation
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and team spirit
• Flexibility and resilience
• Structured and independent working style
• Communicative and team-oriented working approach
