Job Type : Depend, either Onsite in Heidelberg, or Hybrid or Remote.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art generative models (e.g., transformers, diffusion models, GANs) that power innovative AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate combines strong machine learning expertise with hands-on experience in CI / CD pipelines and a basic understanding of front-end development to help deliver end-to-end, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, train, and fine-tune generative models (e.g., GPT, DALL
• E, Stable Diffusion).
• Build scalable ML pipelines for training and inference, including CI / CD workflows .
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration of AI into user-facing products.
• Develop RESTful APIs or services to serve models in production environments.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate based on results.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI systems.
• Stay current with research trends in generative models and foundation models.
• Promote responsible and ethical AI practices in content generation and deployment.

Requirements : Must-Have :

• Bachelor’s or master's in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with ML / DL frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven experience with generative models (e.g., transformers, GANs, VAEs).
• Programming skills in Python and familiarity with deployment on AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Experience with CI / CD tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker).

Nice-to-Have :

• Experience in NLP, vision, or foundation models.
• Experience in containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding MLOps and model monitoring tools.
• Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
