Job Title: German Technical Support, Hamburg, Hamburg

This position involves providing maintenance and support services for applications and operating systems, either directly to users or through service delivery functions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather diagnostic information, analyze problems, and resolve issues related to end-user computing (EUC) devices.
• Investigate and resolve incidents affecting EUC devices, peripherals, and software.
• Monitor and address performance issues.
• Provide advice, training, and support to users.

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in German.
• Motivated to pursue a career in technical support.
• Experience or knowledge in service desk/tech support, providing remote support for laptops, desktops, LAN issues, application support, etc.
