Data Center Senior Project Manager / Project Lead (m / f / d)

Data centers are a vital part of our infrastructure. Operators must ensure their sites' longevity, optimize for mission-critical tasks, and incorporate the latest hardware, all while maintaining cost efficiency and sustainability. Our goal is to help clients achieve these aims through innovative solutions, including better use of existing infrastructure and designing energy-efficient new structures.

Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager Data Center Construction, you will manage engineering projects from initial briefing through design, installation, and commissioning. You will have opportunities to develop your management skills in delivering projects of small to medium size. The role can be based in Frankfurt am Main or Berlin, with options for partial remote work and flexible scheduling.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from candidates with diverse career paths, even if you do not meet all criteria:

  • Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field
  • Over 10 years of professional experience, including several years managing multidisciplinary teams on large industrial or technology projects, with at least 1 year in data center projects
  • Relevant project references in science, industry, or technology at national or international levels
  • Knowledge of building planning and standards such as RIBA or HOAI
  • Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent English skills; German skills are a plus
