Job Description

Position Summary

The position will provide support to Internal Staff (Account Servicing Teams, Field Staff, etc.) as well as Clients. This is a critical role within the Organization requiring excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be energetic, a self-starter, with strong communication skills, and the ability to manage several detailed processes concurrently.

Responsibilities

  1. Support to Engineers and Account Servicing Teams
  2. Pre-populating report packages for upcoming inspections
  3. Report and project review/quality control prior to client distribution
  4. Internal follow-up on outstanding reports (Field Staff, Reviewers, and Servicing Team)
  5. Update Account Service Instructions as needed regarding distribution, client requirements, and engineer requirements
  6. External support for clients as needed and requested (projects, report updates, inquiries)
  7. Data entry to close out inspections (dates, contacts, etc.)
  8. Participate in specialized projects/tasks (these vary among administrative staff)
  9. Liaise between internal and external entities
  10. Potential expansion of role to include Account Coordinating Administrator tasks

Education

College Degree preferred but not required.
