ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager Global Health at SEEK Development you will play a crucial role in managing consulting projects across SEEKs portfolio. You will lead project teams as a trusted advisor to senior clients within influential organisations in the international development space including major UN organisations productdevelopment partnerships multilateral financing institutions foundations NGOs and private sector organisations. You will guide them in formulating innovative strategic plans to optimise their impact and build organisations that serve as powerful agents of change. In this role you can shape and deepen expertise in the Global Health practice area driving impact and contributing to SEEKs thought leadership. As part of our extended leadership team you will also work on the development of SEEKs practice areas and support the professional growth of its members.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

Client and business leadership :

• Cultivate close relationships with senior clients acting as a trusted advisor who understands their evolving needs and helping them develop evidencebased strategies and build the organisational prerequisites to deliver.
• Facilitate client meetings / workshops engaging diverse stakeholders to develop impactful and actionable outcomes tailored to client needs.
• Leverage your relationships and expertise to identify opportunities to serve existing and new clients and lead the creation of winning proposals to further grow SEEKs Global Health work portfolio.
• As a member of SEEKs extended leadership team take ownership of building the firm beyond client work identifying critical enablers for SEEKs work / brand and leading internal initiatives around them.

Project and people leadership :

• Take responsibility for delivering highquality highimpact work on client engagements leveraging your expertise to ensure clients get the best solutions to their issues.
• Provide leadership to the SEEK project teams working for Global Health clients guiding them on methodologies and problemsolving and pushing beyond the obvious.
• Ensure staffing provides maximum client impact while offering development opportunities for colleagues; grow SEEKs talent through mentoring coaching and effective feedback.
• Positively shape SEEKs culture by cultivating belonging and rolemodelling their values.
• Build community internally and externally with commitment to developing yourself and others.

Practice and thought leadership :

• Take leadership within SEEKs Global Health practice area representing and acting as the goto person internally and externally; develop and deliver the practice strategy.
• Build SEEKs reputation through expertise recognised in the market.
• Contribute to the development of new products approaches and tools to continuously strengthen SEEKs offering to its clients in Global Health

ABOUT YOU

You are passionate about social impact and want to put your consulting skills to work in the field of global development and particularly Global Health. Strategic collaborative and curious you effectively utilize the power of cuttingedge analyses and enjoy working in teams that drive the delivery of innovative solutions and look at challenges from a holistic perspective. You have firsthand experience in managing multi stakeholder processes to mobilize collective action. You are a committed selfstarter with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong qualifications.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THIS EXCITING ROLE :

• Advanced degree in business / public administration economics or related field.
• Experience as a project manager leading client projects in a strategy consulting firm or comparable organisation is required.
• Proven leadership experience in Global Health for an international organisation.
• Track record in engaging in business development strategies.
• Expertise and active network in Global Health including knowledge of architecture and major players current topics and key debates as well as contacts in major organisations.
• Committed to impact and able to lead a team in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex (client) projects and interacting with diverse stakeholders including leading senior client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and present information in an insightful manner.
• Experience in strategy and organisational development and strategic advocacy in and advantage.
• Fluency in English required. German or French is considered an additional advantage.
