Program Manager - Process Innovation Center (m/f/d)

Job Description

Electronic components are found in nearly all electrical and electronic devices. TDK is a leading manufacturer of these key products. For our TDK Electronics Process Innovation Center, we are looking for a Program Manager whose role is designed to manage all initiatives and services for TDK Electronics departments and locations.

• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the technological infrastructure and processes, focusing on production technologies, robotics and automation
• Support feasibility studies and pilot projects to test new process solutions and coordinate industrialization
• Create and monitor project plans, timelines and budgets
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners and factories

• Excellent understanding of operations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes based on several years of work experience
• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
• High level of project management skills with proven ability to take initiative, structure and prioritize work
• Experience with Agile Management methods
• Strong general problem-solving skills
• Leadership skills & the willingness to lead
• Ability to work closely with remote teams in a multi-country & multi-cultural environment
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
