Lead end-to-end project management for router products, including initiation, R&D, delivery, and post-launch support.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor timelines/budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
Drive participation in ISP/operator tenders (e.g., Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom), including proposal writing, technical solution design, and bid strategy development.
Collaborate with pre-sales, R&D, and testing teams to address customer requirements, pain points, and customization needs regarding compatibility, performance, and security to match tender specifications.
Mitigate project risks, understand network technical knowledge to cooperate with colleagues, and optimize resource allocation.
Your Profile:
Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology, or a comparable focus.
Several years of experience in the telecommunications industry, focusing on router/data communication project management.
Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., IPD, PMP). Ability to manage WBS, risk control, and cost analysis.
In-depth knowledge of ISP tender rules (e.g., bid package division, price ceilings) and industry standards (e.g., 3GPP, ITU-T).
Working experience in router R&D or product management is a plus.
Full working proficiency in English; additional full-working proficiency in German is beneficial.
