Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) to join our team in Cologne.

Our team of experienced designers and software developers supports clients across retail, industry, and healthcare with digital transformation through innovative software platforms. Join us to design new IT solutions in a dynamic, agile environment.

Your tasks at BAYARD

• Design user interfaces for enterprise platforms and optimize user experience
• Create mockups and wireframes
• Design UI/UX for SaaS platforms and new features
• Improve existing interaction elements
• Coordinate with Product Management and Development teams
• Capture customer experiences and expectations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Media Informatics, Web Design/Media Design, or similar
• At least 4 years of web application design experience in an enterprise setting
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Analytical, structured approach in an agile (SCRUM) environment
• Experience in online shops, PIM, MDM, retail, or logistics is a plus
• Very good German or English skills
