For our client, a manufacturer of computer modules and systems, we are looking for you!

Your Responsibilities

• First point of contact for colleagues regarding IT questions and issues
• Independent handling and tracking of requests in our ticket system
• Management and creation of users in the company's proprietary programs
• Organization and distribution of IT hardware
• Support in the implementation of IT projects

Your Profile

• Successfully completed training in the IT field as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT systems salesman (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Technical affinity, communication skills, high customer and team orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Independent and responsible work style
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
