DMIx by ColorDigital is a young and dynamic software-as-a-service company in the fashion & lifestyle industry. As we continue to push the boundaries of digital product development and supply chain collaboration, we are seeking a passionate Revenue Operations Manager.

About the Role

As a Revenue Operations Manager, You will ensure data-driven decision-making and streamline processes in a B2B SaaS business model. You will play a key role in managing revenue-related analytics, reporting, and strategy to help DMIx scale effectively.

Your overall goal will be to help realise DMIx revenue growth potential by providing end-to-end visibility across the customer journey and making recommendations for improvements and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain full-funnel visibility across sales, marketing, and third-party channels to ensure data integrity and transparency.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end revenue operations strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance lead management, pipeline efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Track and incorporate pipeline from third-party providers, ensuring efficient integration and performance monitoring in the revenue funnel.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related field, in a SaaS business focussed on the mid to enterprise markets.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in data analysis, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to align sales, marketing, and partner teams around shared revenue goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and managing third-party relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
