Area of Responsibilities:

• Strategic Workforce Management: Develop internal competencies and external partnerships to design and deliver solutions within the area of responsibility (AoR).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on roadmap planning.
• Lead IT delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements and innovation proactively.
• Advance technical architecture based on evolving business requirements.
• Initiate and promote digitalization initiatives within the domain.
• Represent CYBEX as an ambassador for digital solutions.

Profile of Qualifications:

• Degree in business, technology, science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the consumer goods industry, with expertise in omnichannel processes, including B2B, eCommerce, and offline retail.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP (Order to Cash).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies (SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, SF Core), Order Management systems, and integrations with Consumer Data Platforms, POS Systems, Warehouse Management, and SAP.
• Experience in Web & App Development.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel processes to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide teams and foster collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with adaptability and forward-thinking.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
