Responsibilities

1. Advise and support customers during the service process.
2. Conduct vehicle acceptance with the customer, explain the scope of work, and coordinate additional services, pricing, and completion date.
3. Act as the interface between customers and workshop during the repair process, maintaining communication.
4. Perform final inspections, create repair invoices, hand over the vehicle, and explain costs and work completed.
5. Handle customer complaints professionally and customer-oriented.

Qualifications

• Automotive training and initial experience in automotive sales.
• Experience in customer interaction and strong service orientation.
• High engagement, confident and competent demeanor.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
