As a specialized personnel consultancy in the aerospace sector, we are exclusively commissioned by our client to fill the position of IT Project Engineer (m/f/d) in direct placement at the Kodersdorf (Görlitz) location. Our partner is an innovative medium-sized company specializing in the manufacture of lightweight components for Airbus new build programs. In a state-of-the-art, digital manufacturing environment, high-tech parts are produced with modern CNC technology and assembled manually according to lean principles for a global clientele.

Position: IT Project Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Independent IT project management from initial planning to final training, considering budget and time constraints
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and representation of the department head
• Implementation and integration of SAP S/4 HANA into existing processes
• Adapting systems to user groups with a focus on efficiency and user-friendliness
• Serving as a communicative interface and responsible contact for external service providers and internal project participants

Your Profile

• Completed studies in (business) computer science or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally related to the implementation of ERP software solutions
• Solid knowledge in analyzing IT and business management issues
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong team and communication skills
• Analytical thinking, commitment, and innovative spirit in project execution
