A day in the life

You work in shifts at one of our locations, ensuring that operations are as productive as possible. Your focus is on leading and fostering a safety culture, maintaining quality and performance standards, supervising process improvements, and organizing their implementation. Your day may include team management, operational tasks, process improvements, and handling operational emergencies. You also serve as a role model and mentor for new managers.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent educational qualification
• Leadership experience
• Relevant experience in communicating with various stakeholders, including colleagues and managers
• Experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to support business decisions
• Advanced proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
• Experience working in other logistics environments
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
