For the digital transformation of the company, we are looking for you at our location in Erfurt as a key designer (m/f/d) of our future IT infrastructure, who not only manages varied IT projects independently with expertise, but also sets new and innovative impulses for the development of the IT strategy with a high degree of creative freedom. You will work closely with the specialist departments, the IT service provider and the management.

Your challenge

• Development and updating of our digitization strategy
• Designing the IT infrastructure and the technologies and interfaces it contains
• Analysis and prioritization of requirements for our IT systems as well as documentation and tracking
• Definition of IT guidelines/standards taking into account current technologies and tools
• Support in the creation of requirement and functional specifications
• Planning of IT projects
• Advising and supporting the specialist departments and managing the IT service provider

What you bring with you

• At least a Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, information technology, business administration with an IT focus or a comparable subject area
• Several years of professional experience in requirements management, IT project management or similar
• Experience in the creation and maintenance of collected requirements or specifications and functional specifications
• Experience in describing and modeling processes and using common tools
• Experience in digital change, new IT technologies and trends desirable
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Conflict management and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and empathy
