Your Role

As Werkstattleiter, you will be responsible for the personnel and business management of the workshop, guiding its development for the future. You will lead the workshop technically, ensuring efficient and economical operations across all areas. Your duties include leading, motivating, and developing staff, as well as training apprentices, while proactively implementing company and leadership principles.

Your Qualifications

• Master's certificate in Land- and Construction Machinery Technology or a related technical qualification
• Experience managing an agricultural technology workshop or similar
• Experience in personnel management and training
• Passion for our brands and products
• Strong customer focus, communication skills, and initiative
