Sales & Purchasing Invoice Specialist (f / m / d)

For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach), we are looking for a professional as:

Sales and Purchasing Invoice Specialist - Korean Speaking (f/m/d)

As a Sales / Purchasing Invoice Specialist, you will actively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues to deliver value to customers and add value to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management of Sales

• Prepare business proposals for customers
• Conduct cost analysis and manage contracts
• Handle communications across multiple email aliases in a high-volume environment

• Track, review, approve, and issue invoices
• Request invoices based on project planning
• Verify invoices according to company policies
• Register invoices in systems and provide them to the finance department

• Research and resolve account discrepancies
• Manage overdue accounts through collaboration with customers

• Communicate with IT colleagues and suppliers
• Support cost deduction efforts to enhance cost competitiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented
• Positive, collaborative mindset with strong accountability
• Problem-solving skills and troubleshooting attitude
• Knowledge of IT hardware and software technologies
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle ambiguity effectively
• Proficiency in English and Korean, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
• Excellent MS Office and SAP skills
