We seek experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support EUCOM’s mission objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed EUCOM IT Infrastructure Team Lead. This position supports a DoD organization, US EUCOM, located in Stuttgart, Germany.

The Infrastructure Team Lead will oversee a diverse team of senior engineers and administrators supporting EUCOM’s VI, VDI, AD, and Storage infrastructure. The candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, and NetApp Storage. Responsibilities include developing team schedules, providing direction, mentoring, and training, and delivering updates to senior customers daily.

The successful candidate must communicate clearly, have strong leadership skills, and present ideas professionally. The role requires working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with team coordination and interaction with client managers and system users.

Operate, maintain, and manage the EUCOM IT Infrastructure (e.g., Active Directory, virtual servers, enterprise storage, virtual desktops).

Coordinate hardware and software installation, ensure specifications are met, and maintain documentation for incident resolutions and troubleshooting. Work with vendors to verify product delivery and ensure equipment is operational on schedule. Provide remote support and travel to customer sites as needed.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and maintain it
  • BA/BS + 3 years recent specialized experience, or AA/AS + 7 years recent specialized experience, or a major certification + 7 years recent experience, or 11 years of recent specialized experience
  • Microsoft Certification (MCSA/MCSE)
  • CompTIA Security+ (IAT Level II or greater)
  • Experience managing senior systems engineers/administrators at a Unified Command level
  • Nice to Have:

  • ITIL v3 Foundation
  • Automation experience with PowerShell, VBScript, or batch files
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances
  • Understanding of DoD Military standards
  • Experience with DoD IT security requirements
