What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing major brands
• Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, showing empathy at all times
• Work towards achieving targets set by the client and internal goals

What you will bring:

• Fluency in German
• Very good communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication and soft skills, along with problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy and tech savviness
