Commercial Banking Tribe:

You’ll join the Commercial Bank Tribe, focusing on the needs of small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, an area of growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

We are responsible for the digital transformation of approximately 800,000 clients across 3 brands, including establishing the BizBanking platform, developing digital sales and service processes, and automating processes for this segment.

Our tribe is on a journey of extensive digitalization and migration of our applications to the cloud. We work collaboratively with business colleagues in an agile setup, aiming for highly automated and adaptable processes and applications.

As a Lead Solution Architect for our Digital Servicing Tribe, you will work closely with business units to design IT solutions for digital servicing.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Recommend and develop solutions for end-to-end automation of service processes.
2. Analyze existing processes, system landscapes, and develop plans based on business needs.
3. Design solutions for complex processes to improve efficiency and define strategic, sustainable IT solutions.
4. Work in a cross-disciplinary agile team with shared responsibility and high autonomy, actively sharing knowledge and building a network.

Your skills and experiences:

1. A master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or MINT (preferably with finance or business knowledge) and several years of experience as a lead solution architect.
2. Profound experience in software development, including Java, APIs (RESTful), databases (relational and NoSQL), CI/CD, Camunda.
3. Excellent knowledge of architectural concepts, especially microservices, container-based and event-driven applications, and cloud environments, ideally Google Cloud Platform.
4. Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills (fluent English, German is a plus).
