As a Customer Engineer, you will be part of a team of outstanding technology experts who support clients primarily in the public sector as Trusted Advisors and SMEs. This includes consulting on digitalization, optimizing IT environments to prevent future problems, and assisting our clients on their cloud journey.

Skills and Experiences

• Completed technical education or degree with several years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
• Solid knowledge in identity and access management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, and XML; knowledge of C# and .NET is advantageous.
• Additional knowledge in Windows Server OS, Active Directory Domain Services.

• Initiative, structured approach, and analytical thinking are among your strengths.
• Enjoy solving problems and direct customer contact, possibly with higher travel requirements.
• Enthusiasm for new challenges and working in a diverse team.
• Willingness for an extended security check (SÜ2).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (minimum B2).

What You'll Do

• As a Customer Engineer, you will be a technical expert advising a global IT service provider and business clients.
• Provide guidance on technical questions, best practices, and risk assessments, full-time or part-time.
• Assist promptly in problem resolution during critical issues.
• Support concept creation, system implementation, and migration remotely or on-site.
