Shape, coordinate, move — with responsibility for success

At our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you can expect an exciting role as Project Coordinator with responsibility for strategically important investment and performance projects. With your strong communication skills, organisational talent and proactive way of working, you will actively contribute to the optimisation of operational processes and work closely with various specialist departments.

The maximum gross annual salary is between €73,000 and a maximum of €76,000, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider applicants who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Job description

Tasks

  • Supporting management in investment and capex management as well as operational performance improvement
  • Organisation, moderation and follow-up of workshops, events and master plan reviews
  • Participation in operational budget planning and annual governance activities including standard reviews
  • Independent data analysis, reporting and travel organisation
  • Coordination in the area of change management and gradual takeover of project management
  • Support with decision-making documents for top management on investments and industry strategies
  • Further development of internal IT applications and involvement in digital transformation initiatives, including the use of AI
  • Close cooperation and coordination with international contacts (e.g. Toulouse) and representation of the division management in committees

Requirements

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration or international management
  • Several years of professional experience in assistance, project management and change management
  • Initial experience in finance and jigs & tools
  • Sound user knowledge with Google Workspace, confident handling of SAP and initial practical experience with Python and Click'n Buy (BySide)
  • Business fluent in German and English (at least C1), knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel on business
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit within the EU
