Project Manager – Gypsum Recycling (m/f/d)

  • You will lead and coordinate projects within the Gypsum Recycling Competence Center, evaluating different value chains and supporting the development of business cases in preparation for investment decisions.
  • Market analyses and data-driven evaluations are essential for identifying recycling opportunities and ensuring compliance with global standards and country-specific environmental legislation.
  • Ensuring the safety of oneself and others by adhering to company health and safety procedures is a key responsibility of this position.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to align project goals and foster cross-functional teamwork across departments and regions.
  • Through travel and engagement with our business units and country organizations across Europe, you will support local recycling projects and establish effective new collaborations.
  • You possess a degree in engineering, sustainability, environmental science, business administration, or a related field, which has given you a solid technical and environmental background.
  • Fluency in English is required and proficiency in an additional European language is considered a bonus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for effective project management, building strong stakeholder relationships, and successfully completing initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of recycling processes and environmental legislation enables you to balance strategic planning with compliance requirements.
  • Your profile is complete with your solid experience in project management or the building materials industry, and if available, your SAP knowledge.
