We are seeking a Temporary Specialist Talent Acquisition Europe (m/f/d) for 12 months at our Cologne location.

Responsibilities:

• Support Talent Acquisition processes across Birkenstock Europe, focusing on Retail and Entry Office roles.
• Conduct initial and follow-up interviews via video call, telephone, or on-site.
• Contribute to European store expansion strategies and meet high-volume hiring targets during peak seasons.
• Manage and enhance the entire Talent Acquisition process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Serve as the point of contact for Hiring Managers regarding Talent Acquisition.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with operational tasks like scheduling interviews and handling ad-hoc requests.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic about working with people in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Relevant professional experience in international Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Retail sector of a fashion or lifestyle brand.
• Confident, outgoing personality with an engaging attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Proficient in MS-Office and SAP TA Management tools.
• Excellent German and English skills; additional European language skills are a plus.
