Take over the management of industrialization and series start-up projects asIndustrialization and Production Manager at Airbus!
As the interface between engineering, quality and production, you will drive projects forward and ensure that time, costs and quality are always in harmony. With your strategic thinking and hands-on mentality, you will design innovative manufacturing solutions forour customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth and ensure efficient implementation - from prototype construction to series production. The gross annual salary is max. 50,500 €. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Job description

Tasks

  • Management of industrialization and series start-up projects with a focus on time, costs and quality (TCQ)
  • Interface management between manufacturing engineering, engineering, quality and production control
  • Design consulting for design changes and new developments for series and prototype construction
  • Creation of work plans and parts lists for sheet metal components and welded assemblies in SAP
  • Checking production documents for technical feasibility and production optimization
  • Quotation calculation and interdepartmental cooperation (e.g. with purchasing, program, QA)
  • Development and optimization of production concepts to increase efficiency
  • Processing of non-conformities and quality reports for quality assurance and process improvement

Requirements

  • Completed training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechanic, cutting machine operator or in a comparable skilled trade with additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman
  • Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing / production, aircraft construction, IT / information systems, aerospace, mechanics, project management, quality management and supply chain / logistics
  • Sound knowledge of aviation technology, especially NH90, as well as knowledge of Airbus Helicopters processes
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English (min. B2)
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
