What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily performance of properties within the portfolio in multiple large hotel brands
- Act as a liaison between the head office and on-site property management teams.
- Assist with the rollout and monitoring of brand and service standards across all assets.
- Review property performance reports (e.g., occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction) and flag areas for improvement.
- Help coordinate operational audits, training initiatives, and quality control processes.
- Track and follow up on action items from operations reviews and management meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual operating budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new properties, including coordination with pre-opening teams.
- Coordinate procurement and supplier management in alignment with property needs.
- Support sustainability, ESG, and compliance initiatives across the portfolio.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and policy documents.
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel operations or with a hotel brand or a completed Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, including service and brand standards
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with performance data and KPIs (e.g. RevPAR, ADR, guest satisfaction)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on cross-functional tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PMS or reporting tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); German or another European language is a plus
- A hands-on, proactive mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and international hotel brands
- Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to operational excellence across the portfolio
- Willingness to travel occasionally to hotel properties across the region
