Job Description:

Our client, a leading national and international telecommunications company, is seeking a BMS Programmer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing building management systems to optimize the performance and efficiency of telecommunications infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Installation of trend control systems or systems from manufacturers like Schneider, Ignition, Niagara.
• Project documentation for both internal purposes and clients.
• Technical maintenance support.
• Design of control solutions for companies.
• Communication with operators and service companies.
• Preparation of communication and security audit reports.
• Specialized support for creating commercial proposals, offering presales support.
• Adherence to estimated times for task completion, meeting the established deadlines.
• Resolution of level 3 incidents.
• Direct interaction with clients, including: delivery of commercial proposals, price negotiation, and work planning organization.
• Compliance with ISO9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

Requirements:

• Proficient in interpreting technical specifications, blueprints, and measurement tables.
• Language proficiency (Spanish / English / German) – Preferably German or English.
• Knowledge in BMS, automation, and control.
• PLC programming.
• Building Management Systems (BMS).
• High proficiency in office and design tools (Office, Autocad, Presto, Visio).
• Knowledge of BIM and MS Project.
• High level of English, minimum B2.
• At least 8-10 years on large projects.
• Experience in project sales support.
