The successful candidate should provide exceptional customer support in a challenging, rewarding, fast-moving environment. You will need to be quick-thinking and able to learn fast. You will be working directly with our customers.
The goal is to partner with our clients so that they can get the most from our solutions, ensuring delivering excellent service levels and that client business functions can effectively adopt our solutions with good trust in functionalities and data.
This will be obtained by solving customer inquiries, delivering requests for enhancement providing competent support ensuring outstanding service levels.
The Centric Support team is our Customers mail point of contact after the project implementation. The team is based in different countries. Occasional travel may be required.
