We are currently looking to further expand our Commercial Team and we have a number of Account Executive opportunities available, for candidates based in the United Kingdom; the Netherlands or Germany. As an Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will be to generate new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients in the financial services sector, taking deals to closure and on going engagement for client success and identifying upselling opportunities. You will utilize your understanding of our innovative payment solutions for banks, fintech's and corporates to convert leads into customers while collaborating closely with the sales, product, partnerships and marketing teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential clients to discuss their needs and introduce technological solutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our Cloud and White label solutions and effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement targeted strategies to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for tracking lead progress and sales activities.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients to enhance their experience with our clients products and services.
  • Participate in regular training and development activities to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in selling Payment, SaaS, and / or APi solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling into the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take ownership of C-level relationships and conversations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable in being able to communicate with customers in both English and German (for our Central European role, which will be based in either Germany or the Netherlands ).

In addition to a salary of c€60,000 - €80,000 gross per annum and an individual performance-related bonus, we will also support you to be able to work virtually.
