Injection Molding Engineer (m/f/d)

Your assignments:

• Plan, schedule, and execute projects efficiently
• Ensure CAPEX investments are spent in a timely manner
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies
• Support the seamless technology transfer of molds and injection molding machines
• Help standardize best practices in injection molding
• Actively participate in global projects
• Support value streams in evaluating product development with regard to moldability and cost
• Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) for injection molding-related equipment
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, and manage the bidding process in collaboration with Procurement
• Lead concept and design reviews with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Take responsibility for Design Qualification (DQ), Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT), and Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) as part of CAPEX projects
• Lead the implementation of equipment
• Monitor and report on CAPEX expenditures for each project

Your Profile:

• Degree in mechanical engineering with relevant production experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field, particularly in molding processes
• In-depth knowledge of the latest injection molding machine technologies available on the market
• Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
• Familiarity with dialysis products is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills, paired with creativity
• Proven ability in team building and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in CAD drawing (2D and 3D)
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel
