Electrical Development Engineer

Job Description

As part of the Ground Support Systems and Services - Detailed Design team of the Mobile Solutions Engineering department at Airbus, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the creation and implementation of system concepts, architectures, and specifications for electrical systems;
• Designing and defining interfaces for electrical subsystems and assemblies;
• Developing construction documentation for electrical system components (hardware and software);
• Creating test plans and specifications using the ECAD tool EPLAN;
• Conducting system and integration tests;
• Providing technical support to subcontractors;
• Assisting with the commissioning of systems and subsystems.

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics;
• At least 2 years of professional experience as an Electrical/Electronics Engineer;
• Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP;
• Knowledge of Windchill and Viso is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory; additional European language skills are advantageous.
