We are looking for an engaged Administrative Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to join our customer service team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Managing the switchboard and handling incoming calls
- Coordinating customer service: customer calls, scheduling, control, and oversight
- Preparing customer inquiries, dispatching technicians in daily operations
- Invoicing, dunning, and managing maintenance contracts
- Backoffice processing of incoming repair tickets
- Organizing travel/hotel bookings for our technicians
- Material procurement
- General operational organization and process optimization
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training
- Ideally, experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized under stress
- Engaged, flexible, eager to develop, and a team player
- Responsible and with an open, positive attitude
